FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We accept all major credit cards and cash.

  • We have a 1-week cancellation or rescheduling policy. If you give us 7 days notice, we will refund your deposit or help you book on another day (based on availability)

  • You are welcome to arrive early if it is within our normal business hours, but may not be able to access the lane until the scheduled booking time. For birthday parties and team building events, we can set-up a space for presents or catering. Reach out and let us know what you need ahead of time and we’ll do our best to make your event memorable!!

  • Depends! We understand stuff happens, so reach out and let us know if you are running late. If we have a waiting list, we cannot hold lanes for more than 15 minutes and the booking may be cut short if there is a reservation scheduled after yours.

  • Yes, when you arrive and check-in, you will sign an electronic liability waiver before you can throw axes. Everyone in the building is required to sign a waiver regardless of if they throw or not!

  • Every group, including repeat customers, are given a safety brief when starting. Axe throwing is only dangerous when you don’t listen to your coach! Our coaches and staff are amazing and most of them don’t just coach, but also throw in league and compete. They know what they are doing and will do their best to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable time.

  • Absolutely!! After the required safety brief, your coach will show you step-by-step how to safely throw. Coaches will then be around to show you games and help with any adjustments!

  • You must have closed-toed shoes to participate. Sports attire or comfortable clothes are recommended.

  • This is a personal decision, but you must be able to watch your child carefully. We do not tolerate any unsafe behavior.

  • This is a personal decision based on your own ability. We will not stop you from throwing, but please be safe.

  • Yes, please contact us and we can give you the details. We have different pricing options depending on your group size, time needed, and how many coaches we have to bring in to staff your event.

  • Yes! However, all axes must be checked by a coach for safety. Axes with loose heads, for example, will not be allowed.

  • Yes, please do. We encourage it!

  • Yes, depending on the space but everyone in the building is required to fill out a waiver.

  • There is no minimum number of people, but it is always a lot more fun when you bring a group. With large groups, you can even split into teams and play group games.

  • Yes, once we’re comfortable that you’re sticking the traditional throw well, we have some cool things we can show you!

  • Yes, after you’re doing well sticking a traditional hatchet we can show you how to throw a big axe and knives!
